Problem entering text via Tablet PC Input panel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use Tablet PC input panel to enter text in continuity ie as a 
word/phrase/sentence/paragraph.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The text is entered correctly.
Instead: The first character of the word/sentence (whatever is entered) is 
replaced by the last character of the entered text.
Ex: 
Check this out!
is displayed as:-
!hek this out

What version are you using? On what operating system?
KeyNoteNF v1.7.8.1 on Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

This occurs irrespective of the word wrap on/off status, length of the text, 
and the characters used (ie numbers, letters, symbols).

This is not a Tablet PC Input Panel problem : text entry works fine with Word, 
OpenOffice, Thunderbird, Opera etc

Hello, could you verify if with old version 1.6.5 you get the normal behaviour?
