Run under plain user rights #384

I am using keynote with plain, non-admin user-rights under xp.

Getting this to run required a bit of work. The central problem
is that Keynote generates the files keynote.mgr and keynote.def 
dynamically so that one can't assign user rights (write) easily.
The workaraound ís to create the files under admin rights and
revoke the erase rights (deep down in the rights dialogs).

The solution to the problem is simple: Please create both files
during install in future versions.
