please just add two features to keynote and it will be no 1 note taking app.

1. syncing to a server that maybe self hosted
2. android app that will let you work with .knt, .kne files on the mobile

regards.

Excellent observations above. I fully concur.

Look, I realise that Daniel might not be getting much love and attention for
his excellent work on Keynote over the years, but I would like to acknowledge
that, as a journalist, writer and editor, there is no program or app that comes
close to the level of functionality and rock solid reliability that Keynote 1.7
delivers, and I've tried them all!

I've relied heavily on Keynote for more than 10 years.

Many of us Keynote "veterans" might not be making the time to post in these
forums but I'll bet many of us send up daily silent thanks for a free tool this
powerful, and yet this humble. Ask Apple, sometimes customer loyalty can be the
most valuable asset.

Thank you, Daniel, for keeping this product alive and evolving.

My world would become an unstoppable data-mining operation if those two
features were added.

Heartily agree on those. I hate that I can't use Keynote NF when I'm away from
my desk.

Not one day has gone without opening my keynote file since 2005. If only
development could continue, I would gladly pay to use it.

One way to achieve 1 would be to keep the *.knt files saved in
Dropbox/GoogleDrive etc. so that you can work across PCs. However, an app would
be helpful to those who use tablets a lot. I do agree that there should be a
donate button to help Daniel for his marvellous product
