version for sublime text 3 #6

I completed the converting plugin to make it compatible with sublimetext3.

I had rewrote the code of plugin, and unfortunately i moved the sub-modules to the root packages folder. (i can't find the way to make them work without changing). Also i had little change one of submodules to make it compatible with python 3.3.

How can i push it to separate branch on this repo?
