No "interrupted handshake" notification when bluetooth gets turned off #289

Description

The latest app version does not send a notification when I turn off bluetooth.

Reproduction steps

  1. Turn off bluetooth
  2. Wait for notification that you need to turn on bluetooth in order for the app to work
  3. There is none

Additional helpful information:

What did you expect

In previous versions there was a notification which told me to activate BT again.
