Load base-styles inline. #133

Issue

Base styling is the most essential css on the page. The optimise the page rendering, let's investigate if loading the base styles inline improves performance.

I think we should use something like penthouse or critical css for that https://github.com/addyosmani/critical You do not only need base styles for content above the fold.
