Move Ocelot logo to theme root or make it work in current subfolder #178

Move the Ocelot logo to the theme root folder, so there's always a logo visible on your site (standard Drupal). Or leave the logo in a subfolder, but change the page/site template so the Ocelot logo appears on your site automatically.
