This issue solves some things and ads some gulp possibilities. See commits.

• linked vendor scripts to bower, removed path errors in template.php.
• renamed main.js to app.js
• added gulp sequence and some main tasks... install compile lint improve and serve
• changed jshint to only lint modules, behaviors and the base.js file
• changes typo to behaviors
