Adding LogDNA support

I wonder if you would consider adding LogDNA support to this repo.

There are a few forks around but the official support would ensure it is maintained and safe to use. On top of being a very nice tool, it seems LogDNA is here to stay (cf. https://techcrunch.com/2020/07/09/logdna-announces-25m-series-c-investment-and-new-ceo/) so it wouldn't be a waste of time.

@stale, you tell me mate 😂. Seems like peeps are Auth0 are not super responsive but I would still love LogDNA to be supported.
