This PR adds the provider for Google Cloud Logging to push Auth0 logs into Google Operations (formerly StackDriver)

Since custom Webtasks are no longer available, I am unable to test this myself.

🚀 Deployment

I have provided the logo image in the gcp-logging.json as a SVG data URI however this should probably be moved into the Auth0 CDN as a standalone SVG file.

I have attached the PNG in a few forms and a zipped SVG as well.

Yes it is so relevant and the only thing we can do is wait on Auth0
