Hi, Any consideration on rebranding the lib "angularjs-jwt", and having "angular-jwt" for Angular (v2+)? Thx

We'll likely rename angular2-jwt to @auth0/angular-jwt on the 1.0 release. At that time it will probably make sense to rename this to angularjs-jwt.
