SSO between the AppBrowser and the app fails at times

Description

When the app is resumed from the background after the Access Token has expired, Single Sign-On (SSO) integration between the app and appBrowser (utilizing Android Custom Tabs or Safari View Controller) prompts the user to log in again

Reproduction

You will need to have an SSO connection in your auth0 setup
login to the app
open the browser and launch the external app from the app (SSO should work now)
return to your application
Put application in the background
return to the app 30 seconds before the app AT should expire
try to launch the external app from the app
You should be prompted to sign in again on the mobile browser
