Support for SharePoint 2016 #13

To accommodate SharePoint 2016, the install powershell scripts were modified.

To verify the change, I ran the scripts in a fresh environment- Windows 2016 Datacenter, SharePoint 2016. Authentication with Auth0 worked as expected.

@AnandRaja-auth0 - can you please update this PR to include your test findings? This could be any automated script runs asserting the behavior is what you expect? In lieu of that, any screenshots or less systematic testing would be helpful here.

Additionally, can you confirm that this change will support 2019 in addition to 2016? If so, please update the PR to reflect that.

@TimFerrell , sure. Please see the attached document which describes the changes and the verification information.

I have not tested the changes with SharePoint 2019. I only tested it with SharePoint 2016. Changes to Auth0-Sharepoint Github to enable integration with SharePoint 2016.pdf
