Add support for PageSpeed by Google #1

This would add further optimizations similarly to Akamai, EdgeCast, and others. The Nginx module is here and is being actively developed: https://github.com/pagespeed/ngx_pagespeed

Some of the leads that can help with integration are @jeffkaufman, @oschaaf, and @crowell.

Sound like a great idea!

At auth0 we do most of these things at build time before uploading to s3 but I can see the value of some transformations.
