Update AttackProtection response and general types

Changes

Update some types:

• Attack Protection Responses
• App_Metadata and User_Metadata
• Couple of additional changes regarding allowing additional properties by adding [key: string]: any | any; to alot of types.

This PR includes changes to Action Triggers that we might need to find a way to revert in a future PR. I updated the tests and left the original code in comment.
