Update saml dependency #107

npm audit does not produce errors

Describe the ideal solution

saml dependency is upgraded to 1.0.0

Additional context

https://npmjs.com/advisories/1561 is fixed in saml 1.0.0

This has been addressed in #114 and released as v5.0.0.
