ci: use Github Actions #115

Description

This changes the CI test execution from Travis to Github Actions.

It builds for commits on any branch.
Versions 4, 6 and 8 are not built anymore. Only building 10, 12, 14 and 15.
It shows the coverage summary at the end of the output.
It colors output for better understanding of expected vs actual in case of test failure.
