Add yourself to the PASETO website #6

You can make a PR to https://github.com/paragonie/paseto-io/blob/master/data/implementations.json to add this lib to the website.

I only found this by chance by googling, it would be good to have more visibility by having it listed there, specifically as a TS/ESM implementation.

I'm about to try this lib out 😊
