[Xamarin SDK] iOS biometric flags not supported in simulator #78

On Xcode 15.2, iPhone 15 iOS 17.2, using any of these flags will result in

NSOSStatusErrorDomain code=-25293 message="Key generation failed"

Add workaround when target is simulator
