Currently the draft contains the following formal definition for the BIMI-Indicator Header:
bimi-indicator-header = bimi-sep base64string \[bimi-sep\]
In the examples of the header in the appendix however the bimi-sep (i.e. a ;) is not added before the base64 encoded svg. And I don't think using it here makes sense.
