Linux support #8

Please, can we have a linux version of the tool ?

This is an important question because Linux, which is ubiquitous, is used for automation of so many tasks. If this conversion tool can be used on Linux from a shell script, then BIMI will likely become a lot more popular.

I took some time to make a PHP implementation of this script: https://github.com/SRWieZ/php-svg-ps-converter

Then to be a able to use it in a Github Workflow I also maid a CLI version of it: https://github.com/SRWieZ/svgtinyps-cli
