Adds support for the obscure (?) Rockman & Forte licensed sequel on the WonderSwan, including the translation patch.
It's a standard Mega Man game, but I didn't end up using generic_swap because the way the game changes hp and life counters caused a lot of spurious swaps, and I couldn't find any good values for gamemeta.gmode.
