Native Hotkey for Manual Swap #73

Native hotkey support added into the main shuffler and setup lua scripts. Also added all F-key presses as Hotkeys.

The readme file was edited to redirect the download to my own main branch as well as explaining what the fork does. Would need to be edited if meged.
