Move unsubscribe link & change text #1382

Unsubscribe link should be at the very bottom of the email, underneath the address.

The text should read

To unsubscrib, click here. "click here" should be the anchor text.

Font size should be 2 smaller than the body text. So if the email font is 12px, the unsubscribe text should be 10px.
