chore: Fix documentation for `ClusterStatus.CurrentVersion`

The documentation when giving examples of valid configs specifies the ClusterStatus.CurrentVersion as currentVersion when in reality is exposed as just version as defined here in the code.

This updates the documentation for it to reduce confusion.
