Base hit score required based on:
Base Gunnery + Did Move / Run / Jump + Target Hexes Moved + Did Target Jump etc
Only thing we need to worry about at that point then is cover and range manually.
Add something at the bottom of the weapons listview. Should basically be a dropdown list and then when selected, a label is visible showing the base to hit as well as some icons showing range and cover modifiers.
