Heat made easier #24

Right now heat has to be manually added in an editor.

Heat = 1 per move, 2 per run or min 3 - hexes moved if jumping as well as 1 for trying to stand up. Additionally it would be awesome if based on the heat we had an LED light or something that had a tooltip that showed the effects of the current heat.

++Add heat button that adds heat one at a time.
++Add Question Icon with tooltip that shows how much heat is generated from moving ++On Next Round functionality - search for an engine component and if its +1 hit, add 5 heat. If +2 hit add 10 heat. ++Add heat indicator color and tooltip that shows the current effects of the heat. If engine is hit, note that its generating heat here.
