popup-tip destroys very slowly #110

I'm using emacs 26.0.50 with lateset pupup-el. popup-tip creates a popup window instantly. However, when destroying it, I have to wait about 3 seconds. Or I can do ctrl-g and it will quit instantly. What can I do?
