Changing a GA from button to switch/light causes status to not be published #27

A variable 'lightingButton' is used to indicate whether MQTT status should be suppressed. If the GA is subsequently changed to a light or switch, then the GA should be removed from lightingButton.

A work-around is to disable/enable MQTT send receive resident script.
