RetroArch - PC Engine CD resets to BIOS when saving/loading state (version 0.6b3) #231

Tested using Roundo of Blood in chd format. I can load the game with a v3 bios, if loads and work fine. But if I save or load the state for the game, it will always go back to the bios screen (asking to press run button) and the game resets.

I can provide logs, if needed.

A bit extra information. When just entering retroarch menu and resuming game, sometimes the game also resets to BIOS screen.
