Chinese Traditional language file, but it need chinese font

Changes need to be made in the code to support different font files and those changes haven't been made yet. I saved the contents of your file for later. Perhaps get yourself added to the translation-team channel on Discord. I could use your file for testing when I do implement the code changes for additional font files. Two font files will likely be needed - one for regular/medium and one for bold. There's no point in adding the txt file to AB now as Chinese would show up in the language list but it won't work without both the font files and some code changes. BTW, changes do not get merged directly to the master branch, master is only for releases. Changes are merged to the develop branch first. When the develop branch is ready for release screemer merges it to master.
