This works for me currently.

It works here as well, but there´s no functional TLS availalable on port 443. Other bug or here?

Yeah, works over HTTP again, too. Seems to be up again.

Now the domain lost's its A-Record

the domain is up and looks pretty but http://modernpgp.org/memoryhole/ is 404
