Requesting for release notes of 0.9.16 #3

Our team is utilizing pmml4s-spark for the past couple of years. We wanted to update our current version 0.9.3 to 0.9.16 and I wanted to know what are the added features and enhancements made.

@PokeyRenegade There are no big changes for the pmml4s-spark itself to 0.9.16 from 0.9.3, the main change is to upgrade the dependent library pmml4s to 0.9.16, see the history (https://github.com/autodeployai/pmml4s/commits/master) for details, besides of the performance improvements, the most are about bug fixes.
