MATX-369 : ASWF Update #1355

Includes the following major updates

Update to NanoGUI. Allows support for Metal.
Major updates to Javascript (including fixes to texture loading)
Render test suite updates for GLSL / OSL parity (WIP)
CI for generating Reference OSL shaders (WIP)
Worley noise support (WIP).

Update MATX-200, MATX-369, MATX-354, MATX-372
