We should ensure Python 3.10 works with pre-release AutoGluon installed prior to releasing. We may also consider adjusting release timelines if we want to release with Python 3.10 to be matching with AutoGluon v0.7 release, otherwise users with Python 3.10 would error unless installing pre-release AutoGluon.
