Iphonebrowser does not accept 'é' 'à' etc... caracter #194

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Iphonebrowser does not support special caracter like 'é' 'à' etc...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. When i drag an icon to Winterboard with an 'é' or else it just freeze.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the 1.9.3.0 BETA with Itunes 9.1 on Ipodtouch 3G 3.1.2 Jailbroken

It may solve, if itouchBrowser is used.
