Won't Start #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Open iPhone Browser from start menu.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"iPhone browser had stopped working windows is checking for problem"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone Browser 1.93 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
it gives me the "has stopped working" message as soon as i click to open the 
program, doesn't even show anything just that message then it disapears.
