This shows the maximum total possible score in the submissions table header, as each problem's max score is already shown.

Motivation and Context

Students didn't want to have to sum the problem scores themselves to determine what full credit is.

How Has This Been Tested?

This is such a tiny UI change that I just verified it works properly in my browser.
