Add contributing guidelines #4

Sorry, been busy getting a new job. Starting this week, hopefully things relax a little for me to work on this.

No worries. Getting a job is mush more important, and anyway, none of us is very active on this project ATM :)

You wouldn't believe how difficult it was to get a Software Engineer role without a previously held position. Career pivots are not fun. But the frustrating part is that this isn't really a pivot, it's just a natural progression for me, and I have the experience from the last 5 jobs I've had. But most of these places were demanding a title, or certifications, or a master's degree in an unrelated field...
