Amira integration #18

Hi,

I just learned that you are working on importing segmentations/registrations done in Amira.

I have some scripts that already pull registration and object transforms from Amira into BDV.

Let me know if you want to have a look.

Hi @martinschorb - this is news to me, as I haven't started working on this yet. I agree it would be a very useful thing to have though! I'll definitely get in touch if/when I add this to Crosshair
