BT found a car mesh that we want to use for the player car.
I have replaced the mesh in the prefab, and tweaked values because the car was flipping. I have reduced the center of mass following this page https://docs.unity3d.com/560/Documentation/Manual/class-WheelCollider.html#:~:text=To%20keep%20a%20car%20from,that%20depends%20on%20car%20velocity.
You probably want to have a look at the placement of colliders @Jontahan @Mr-MagmaCode @ignisco
I have also reduced the FOV to fit more in the car and to see the "Funny Juice", after drinking it I think we can start increasing the FOV.
