Migrations or tweaks should be shown in the right nav bar - maybe we should show the prompt that was typed or the tweak date and time.
Users should be able to move between the initial data and each of the "tweaks" - the preview should update accordingly.
Users should be able to delete "tweaks".
When changes are pushed to the database, migrations should be consolidated and marked as applied / squashed or deleted.
