change CI so that PRS get build and tested #29

at the moment forks cant run actions because they are cron scheduled.

it makes sense.

but I guess we need to separate out the actions that are cron schedules and no cron scheduled. then forks will have their code changes run in their forks, which makes everything smoother.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean; but please do send a PR if it's just a config change.

Yeah you are on original s d so you have not hit this .

it’s a simple change to the GitHub ci …

I will try to get to it .. a bit busy right now so if you do it just let me know here . Likewise I will also ..
