These are changes from our vendored Hypermerge from the PushPin project.

Includes some breaking API changes, documents should now be managed through DocHandles.
Introduces DocHandles which resolve some bugs where multiple Hypermerge handles could create conflicting updates to a document.
Introduces Hyperfile support for binary assets.

Did you/should we regenerate the api docs? If not, we should remove them.

Related, the patches have regressed the circleci checks.
