sequential project load with pdfs fix #201

This is the fix referenced in #200 - there was an issue where single saved PDF projects were not loading correctly and the PDF image is not re-rendered when another saved PDF-including project is loaded.

All fixed.

Thanks for fixing this. I will also try to try all this out this weekend. I'll let you know if any issues come up.
