Trigger homebrew update workflow when a new version of am is released #99

We already have a script in place which will update the Formula: https://github.com/autometrics-dev/homebrew-tap/blob/main/.github/workflows/update_formula.yml We need to call this once we create a new version together with all the required arguments.
