Add support for `repository.url` and `repository.provider` labels #96

The autometrics 1.0.0 spec is close to being merged, so we can break ground on a few new things.

Namely, adding labels that will support links back to VCS providers, like GitHub.

In the spec, we have both repository.url and repository.provider labels. See: https://github.com/autometrics-dev/autometrics-shared/pull/85/files
