Create this branch
Copy code changes from 775d3b0adda7250bbe02878d18a15803c614d8eb
Run tests
Update version to 0.2.0

okay so i released this as 0.2.0 to vscode marketplace. these changes are under the tag v0.2.0 on the repo, but we won't merge branch this into main, since main is ahead of this branch
