Fix ssl connection with python3.10 #311

The olders isy devices do not support newer ciphers. Weak ciphers is better than no ssl.

I asked the issue OP to test it but haven't heard back but I'm 99% sure it will fix the issue

Tested with my production.

I recently got a few test Polisy boxes and so I tested with one of those as well.

Lol, nice... I wish I had the time or finances. I at least got the Polisy off the shelf and put it in the rack this time home; it still hasn't been powered up since purchased 3 years ago. 👎

I guess now you need some eisy's.
