Steps

1. Add a service
2. Put custom amount in treatment
3. Save
4. Open that service again and check the amount of that treatment;

   Actual Result

Amount is not saved for that treatment, instead it saved the original amount from the rate card only

Expected Result

Custom amount should be stored in database
